Our Story
We opened a wine bar in 2013 and a bistro in 2016 in Ginza, Tokyo, one of the most competitive areas for fine dining in Japan and the world, and have been running the restaurant for 10 years, which is loved by many customers.
Now, with this knowledge and experience, we have decided to take up the challenge in a new land, Dubai. By providing Japanese quality food, service and space, we aim to become a restaurant loved by a diverse range of customers in Dubai, UAE.
Our Policy
MITSUBA Restaurant uses arts and crafts tableware, including elegant lacquerware trays made using traditional Japanese techniques and high-quality bamboo chopsticks handmade by skilled craftsmen.
